Shop-IQ Connect combines the most important technical devices such as baking and snack ovens, cappuccino machine, freezer technology, counter cooling, heating/hot water/air conditioning technology and lighting in a flexible process network. Cloud technology decouples the hardware in the store from the software. Merging into a single, central system has many advantages, including reduced energy costs (SHOP-IQ Energy), increased flexibility and adaptability, and easier, location-independent system control. Information from product management, such as price changes, is automatically forwarded to the cash registers and advertising screens and adapted.

Lower costs through information

With certain baking and snack ovens, for example, you can manage your baking programs or have the energy consumption calculated in standby or baking mode in order to reduce your future costs through appropriate measures. Your store manager will certainly also appreciate quickly accessible information about faults or maintenance (e.g. changing the lime filter). In addition, Shop-IQ Connect can forward information to semco Service Management, which leads to a considerable reduction in operating costs. For example, an imminent cartridge change of the descaling filter would automatically be forwarded and semco Service could then automatically send a ticket to the responsible fitter. The transfer of such tasks from employees to technical systems not only saves costs, but also valuable time.

Shop-IQ App

In the Shop-IQ App all Shop-IQ modules flow together. It can be accessed at any time with any tablet or smartphone. As with the other modules, you have your store in view anytime and anywhere: from building management systems, lighting and shading to HACCP entrance control or process monitoring. The integration of audio-support and air conditioning up to the integration of your own weather station is also possible.
